Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): carb on briggs engine, gas caps, ray one

have a briggs 17.5 hp mod 31c707 type 0154e1 code 050104zd took carb off and cleaned it put it back on won't start not getting gas did not change any settings can any ideals on what i might done wrong ty ray

One of the reasons might be is the float wont open,when you took it apart did you remove the float to clean the needle valve? Also check your fuel filter,and loosen your gas cap so it can vent if that solves the problem get a new cap as some gas caps need to have a vent to relieve a vacuum in the system.
