Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Agway 4/21 power propelled, code numbers, model type

Hello,

I picked up a free Agway 4/21 power propelled lawn mower that ran last year. The model is 122 290 049 82 0304 L111A, serial number 11-015-3196. It doesn't look like any other mower. It looks many years old??? It pulls great but won't start. What do you advise?

I am not familiar with that Model Number, Could you please get me the Model Type and Code Numbers off the engine please so I can help you further.
