Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): LAWN AND GARDEN, club cadet, safety switches

I HAVE A CLUB CADET RIDER AND THE PTO WONT ENGAGE FOR THE BLADES WOULD THAT BE THE SWITCH ,OR POSSIBLY THE ELECTRIC CLUTH?OR ???

This could be a number of things check to make sure all the safety switches are good,next turn on the key only and engage the PTO You should hear a click,if not unplug the wire to the PTO and see if you have 12 VDC,you will need to make sure to have someone in the seat with the the brake off and the mower in neutral, IF there is no one in the seat the blades wont engage because of the safety switch.
