QuestionI just took the carburetor completely apart cleaned the entire thing using carb cleaner, added new fuel lines, new gaskets, float pin, and all from the rebuild kit. When I start the motor it runs for a seconds and then shuts off.
AnswerIs the hole in the float bowl nut clean? Did you blow all the carburetor orfices/holes out with compressed air from an air compressor.
The symptom you described is almost always caused by a dirty carb/plugged.
