Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): craftsman weed eater, weed eater, question pool

Question
I have the weed eater model #358.791540, 17", 25cc, S/N#05070N402087. It deos't run so I take the carburator apart and use the air to clean all the holes of the  gas path (It was dirty). After put everything back then I press the primer bulb the fuel did not flow through the carburetor and back into the gas tank. What did I miss or do something wrong?
