QuestionI have a Pro Mac 1010 model purchased in the 1970s. It was last used about 2 years ago and worked well. I am unable to locate the manual to give me the information on type of gasoline and oil to use and the proper mixture/ratio. Please advise.
AnswerHI KEN
FROM MEMORY 25 :1 FUEL MIX IS OK WHICH IS 40 MILS OF OIL PER LITRE OF PETROL THAT YOU MIX
CAUTION ADD OIL TO CONTAINER 1ST THEN PETROL THIS HELPS OIL MIX BETTER
SO MIXING 5 LITRES USE 200 MILS OF TWO STROKE OIL IN SEPARATE FUEL CONTAINER THE ADD 5 LITRES OF PETROL THIS GIVES 25 :1 RATIO
TO HELP REMEMBER 1000.00 ( 1 LITRE ) DIVIDED BY 25 ( PETROL/ OIL RATIO) = 40
PETROL TO USE STANDARD UNLEADED WILL BE OK
AS TO MANUAL I AM HAVING TROUBLE MYSELF BUT IF I COME ACROSS A GOOD SITE WITH INFO
I WILL LET YOU KNOW
