How fast can stock hovercraft go?
Are hovercraft street legal?
Is it complicated to drive a hovercraft?

Answer
Speed depends on the hovercraft model, most will not exceed 15-20 MPH.  You will have to check with your local and state laws but most places hovercrafts are not street legal.  I've never driven a hovercraft so I'm not sure how hard they are to drive.  I'd have to think they are a little challenging to drive as they don't really have brakes and the steering would be less responsive than a wheeled machine.
