Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 7hp tecumseh engine, timming, tecumseh engine

hsk70 tecumseh snowblower engine Let me start by saying this engine ran great the oil ran low and the connecting rod broke I replace it and the gaskets...It now wont start compression is great but I did not think about setting timing when putting back together..How should timing be set up...serial #130266s and D.o.m. is4297r thanks for any help you can give

can you tell me which timming    cam timming  or  ignition timming ?

is the ignition coil on the outside of the flywheel or under it  with a set of points  ?

need this info to give correct  data
