Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro 524, double pulley, inch shaft

I received a toro 524 and put a briggs motor on it and now I am having a hard time finding the main pulley for the motor to run the wheels and blower blades. I believe the output shat diameter on the motor is 9/16, at least thats what I measured. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Do you have the old pulley from the old engine?  

I will need the blower model and serial number to look up the old pulley part number.

The model number should be similar to 38040.  The part number for a model 38040 is 21-4100.  It is a double pulley with a 1 inch shaft.
