Hi, I disconnected the handle from the recoil rope.  It slipped through my fingers and disappeared. when I fed the rope through the hole, I no longer have a spring loaded  recoil, it does not recoil.  How do I rewind the spring?

You do not have to dis-assemble the starter but you may have to remove the string and wind the starter spring then re-install the string.  However, you will have to dis-assemlbe the blower to access the starter housing.
