I would like to find out the Tecumseh engine model number for this snow thrower. I can't find the Tecumseh model number anywhere on the engine or under the engine cover. Also, I can't find any info, on model MTD 319-600, calling out the Tecumseh engine model number. I would like to rebuild this motor and need the Tecumseh number.

Your engine model number should be H50 or HSK50.  There should be a sticker on the engine with the model number.  There is also a sticker on the snowblwer with the MTD number.  Both sticker are missing?
