Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Lawn Mower Roto Stop Assembly, warranty repair service, honda lawn

Model HRR2163VXA, purchased in 2007.  Roto Stop assembly is stuck with blade engaged.  I may try to gain warranty repair service, but wanted to see if there was a diagram of the assembly available since it's not in the owner's manual.  I called Honda and there is not a recall for the Roto Stop on this serial number.

I am afraid I cant even begin to answer this question as I have never personally worked on this type of equipment.  I deal with the engines.  Sorry I can not help you.  Please reask your question to an expert who deals more with the application, not just the engine.   (wholegoods we call it in the industry)
