Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poulan weed eater, weed eater, pulleys

Question
what is the best way to rewind the starter spring (the coil) for a weed-eater poulan gas blower model# FL1500LE?

Answer
There's really only one way and that's to remove the starter housing from the engine and the rope then turn the pulley by hand until the spring is tight.  There could be a tool made just for these pulleys, but I've never found a need for one.  Thanks, PK.
