Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Lawn mower drivew cable, google seach, alphretta ga

The cable that engages the drive wheels broke on my Honda Harmony II HRT216 KTDA. I am having problems remembering how to "swing" the drive motor out so I can access that end of the cable.

I am afraid I do not have any personal experience with this mower.  I tried to find a manual online with no luck.  I am afraid you will need to do a google seach for Honda in Alphretta GA and contact Tech services to answer this question.  HTH
