I replaced all the belts on a used lowes riding lawn mower, when started and put in gear it goes with clutch in or out only way to stop is to turn  off.    What do I do.............

It sounds like the motion belt is on wrong.  Check that the belt is slack with the clutch in.  On the belt routing, the V-side of the belt goes into the V-pulley and the flat side of the belt on the flat idlers.  If you can give me the modsel number from under the seat I may be able to point you to a diagram of the routing.  There may also be a routing diagram under the footrest.  Thanks, PK.
