Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 12.5 hp 40 Murray, briggs and stratton, hp 40

I have a 12.5 / 40" Murray and the model number on the back
plate is 40702x92B.  I cant find that model number anywhere
on Murray's site.  I am trying to get an owners manual. Can
anyone help?

Unfortunately Murray went bankrupt...Briggs and Stratton acquired their assets.

I searched several sites and no luck.

Have you tried the customer support center via email?  Oscar Wilson used to archive lots of of stuff...they may have a manual.
