Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro riding mower, driven problem, hydrostatic drive

Question
Its a 50 inch deck rider. My question is that the mower will not move or barely. Is this a belt driven problem? It does have hydrostatic drive. Engine runs and starts fine but wont go either front or back up...fine .
