my question is when I am cutting my grass my engine dies but it starts up just fine and runs but when I am cutting grass for about two minutes it starts to cut off but when I put the brake on it stops but when I start again it dose it again and dies. My engine is a briggs and stratton 12.5 vertical shaft

Hi Herman, it seems that you have a fuel delivery problem. Check that fuel is flowing consistantly. Possible gas cap vent problem. If there is no fuel problem, then it is ignition related. Probably need a new coil.  You should be able to find your correct coil and all of your lawn mower parts at:
