Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): engine swap, snapper rider, starter wire

"I have put a CV12 kohler engine on an old snapper rider.
I need to know how to wire the engine to key start, has
blade engage safty switch, and netural switch. Engine has only three wires to a plug, white-black-white, beside the heavy starter wire."
