Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): honda small engine 13 hp, shaft diameter, bolt size

Question
what size bolt do I need to secure a clutch to the shaft of the engine?  The shaft diameter is 1" inch.
the inside diameter seems to be 3/8"?
I've tried 3/8" fine thread,course,metric fine & course
