Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Carburetor, ohc engine, spec number

I have a YardKing Elite push mower and I discovered that my carburetor is frozen in rust.  I left it out for the winter and I would like to if there is a place where I can find a replacement carburetor.  All information I can see on the engine is that it is an OHC engine and the numbers I see are 1611AA,  All other stickers are gone.

The Engine model number is STAMPED into the blower housing.  Near the spark plug OR there is a tag on the engine with the model and spec number on it.

In worse case conditions, take the carb to a small engine shop and they can identify it for you from the numbers stamped in the housing.  (if its the kind of engine i am thinking)
