how can i start a lawn mower with out the pull cord ?

Is this a push mower?  Did the starter break?

There's no safe and easy way to start a mower without using a rope starter unless it also has an electric starter.  It's possible to start one with a large electric drill, but that's not a very practical way to do things and isn't particularly safe.
