Need to find the double pulley, that goes on the engine shaft, for my snowthrower.

I think what you're looking for is #42 on the following parts list link.  Look at the other diagrams to be sure this is your snowblower.  Use the pull down menu to find Aircap Ind.  Then the next menu for snowthrowers and the following one for 1998 and the next for 8461.  Then go to the second parts, snow thrower page on the drop down at the upper right.
