sumec recoil assembly for a powermate 12hp modle PM0106001 where can I get this part do you know who stocks parts for sumec motors. someone said briggs recoil would fit it ?

I don't know if you checked with Coleman, but the last known part number for that Recoil is 0064320.  A Briggs and Stratton Recoil will not work on this engine.

Many of the Chinese engine companies have "copied" the Honda engine, there are a few Briggs and Stratton Clones around as well.  This does not appear to be a clone of either one however.
