QuestionJohn,
My Dad just passed away and he had a Craftsmen Riding lawnmower 43" with a snowblower attachment as well as a tiller attachment. Has new chains for wheels. I live in Los Angeles but folks are from South Dakota. Mom looking to sell the stuff but doesn't know the worth. My dad purchased this at a auction in SD in 93. It was in very good condition then and has only been used a few times for each of the purposes. My Mom has been offered 1300 but has been told worth a lot more. She thinks its 2000+. Its in very good shape but battery may be dead. hasn't been started in years. Not sure of the exact year but mom thinks its a 90 give or take a couple years. Can you help us?
AnswerHello Harold:
>>If the Used Equipment is in Good to Like New Condition, then the Best Way to have a Starting Price for Used Lawn Equipment is to Visit a Store and Price the Equipment New. Now Half the Price of the New Equipment.
>>If the Same or Almost the Same Equipment will Cost $2000.00us New, then the Used Resale Asking Price should be Around $1000.00us Depending on the Condition of the Used Equipment.
>>Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag, if I Missed Something or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.
Good Luck
