Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Stihl chainsaw chain runs all the time, stihl 041, chainsaw chain

Hi and thanks in advance.  I have an old Stihl 041 AV chainsaw that has a lot of sentiment involved with it.  Runs good, starts up fine.  But the chain runs when the saw is just idling. quite a bit to the point where it makes me nervous about setting it down while it is on.  Is this fixable by me?  What part has conked out?  Thanks again

Hello Darrell:

The Clutch Throw Springs are Weak and the Clutch Assemble Requires Replacing. They Do Not Offer the Clutch Springs Seperately Anymore; the Clutch is Sold as a Complete Assembly Now. The Springs are Allowing the Clutch to Stay Engaged even when the Unit is at Idle.
