Model#hrm-215, Honda.
Lawn mower starts with choke on,runs a few seconds, then it quits. Will not attempt to start with choke off. New plug & gas. Hasn't been started in awhile. Ken.

You'll need to have the carb rebuilt, it's more than likely clogged up from dirt, or gummed up by bad gas.  Tom
