Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B and S and Honda swap out, speeco, vertical shaft

Speeco made 22 ton log splitters with B &S 190cc and Honda 5hp vertical shaft engines.  Are they interchangable.  I know that the B&S is oem and cannot be purchased as such.

I Just Spoke with a Speeco Technician and was Informed that the Engines are Suppose to Interchange. The Site Addy is; http://speeco.com/products/#List (1-800-525-8322). Select the Products Tab. Select Log Splitter. Select 22 Ton. Now Select Manual. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps.
