Help! My riding lawn mower/tractor engine surges when it's running. How can I repair myself? During research I found out that I need to clean the governor to the carb linkage & throttle plate. Do you have a diagram of the engine?

What is the mower model number located on a sticker under the mower seat or fender?

Most likely you need to clean the carb.  This will require removing, dis-assembling and blowing compressed air from an air compressor through the carb orfices.

Send me the mower model so I can look up your engine.
