ANSWER: First, turn off Cap Lock your messages difficult read when it's all upper case.
I believe the torque is 210 inlbs. if you go on the Internet and Google torque chart you will get a very informative chart giving torque for all fasteners regular and defined thread.

this is the location of the chart that I talked about. It's easiest for me to use this type of chart. I do not have all the different engine service manuals at my disposal. If you want B&S's exact torque you would have to purchase a service manual from them.
