Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fouled plugs, valve clearance, dip stick

14.5 hp B&S on snapper is fouling the plug every mow.

Answer
If fouling with oil check for crankcase leaks at the halves, seals, dip stick and oil fill tube.  Check the breather to see if plugged. If there is an overall lack of power it may be the rings and cylinder wear.

If none of these check the air filter and valve clearance.  I presume the correct plugs are in it?  Hope this helps.
