Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Lawn Mower Drive belt, rotary blade, clutch assembly

How do i change the drive belt on a Honda Harmony HRM215SXA lawn mower?  I have removed the blade and the old belt (it snapped) and cannot figure out how to get the belt onto the center pulley?

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower/Engine at this Site Addy, http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram... and Select the Catalog American Honda. Select the Lawn Mower File. Then Scroll to your Model Mower and Click on it. Then Select the Rotary Blade Sub File. This Shows a Breakdown or the Blade and Clutch Assembly. Usually you Install the Belt on the Blade Pulley and then the Transmission. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps.
