im trying to fix a friends 14.5hp 42 inch deck WEED EATER lawn tractor I jsut got it and it does not go in to any gears and wont drive its like its constanstly in neutral allthe time but u can move the gear shift forward and back kinda easy not rough and it doesnt do anything its like its free but doesnt go  itn gear
