Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): GCV190 torque, rod bolts, honda mower
QuestionI am assembling a GCV 190 from my Honda mower after replacing the crankshaft and connecting rod what is the torque for the rod bolts and the crankcase bolts? - Also anything tricky I may miss?
Thanks Ken
AnswerHello Ken:
The Rod Torque is 150 Inch Pounds. The Crankcase Bolts Torque is 100 Inch Pounds. How Much do you Know About Small Engines? Do you Know how to Set the Governor? If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.
Good Luck
