Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Ariens/ Tecumseh Snow Blower, valve spring, correct numbers

I am trying to track down year of Blower with model /serial numbers I found on a plate riveted to the blower, not the engine.  I would also like to know if these are the correct numbers. The dealers I spoke to say they can not find any Model/ serial numbers that match these.  I have a broken lifter valve spring and I can't get parts.  Model#  H or M 60-75003  Serial# 82T6-04703.  Thank you.
