Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Repowering John Deere Z225, briggs and stratton, spec numbers

I purchased a Kohler Command Series 25 HP engine to replace the Briggs and Stratton 18.5 HP engine that came standard on my John Deere Z225 mower.  I've installed the new engine wihtout any complications however, I can not find any information on the wiring specs for the mower in order to complete the hook-up.  Can you help me determine which wires go where?

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine and Mower at this Site Addy, http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.H... and Enter the Model Numbers and Click Find. Then Select the Sectional File. Then Select the Section of the Mower you Wish to View Online. Send me the B&S Engine Model and Type Numbers and I can Locate the Breakdown for this Engine and Compare Both. This way I can Assist you Better. Thanks.
