I HVE A 10 YEAR OLD SNOWBLOWER, THE HOUSING FOR THE BLADES IS NOT EVEN WITH THE GROUND.  IT IS NOT THE SKIDS.  CAN i ADJUST THE HOUSING SO IT IS PARALLEL WITH THE GROUND?  DICK
