Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Stihl 029 not lubing chain, oiler, resevoir

Question
Basically the subject says it all.  Trying emptying the resevoir and looking for a clog.  No luck.  Is there a pump that went bad???  Thanks in advance for any reply.

Hello Harry:

If you have Cleaned the Oiling Port with a Needle and the Oiler is Still Not Oiling, then the Internal Oiler Requires Replacing. Stihl Offers No Support Online Other than a Dealer Locator.
