Hello Gene:

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm and Select Start Parts Viewer. Now Enter the Model Numbers. Now Select View Assembly Drawings. Usually if the Engine has Compression, Fire and Gas they Run. However, Check the Flywheel Key. If the Flywheel Key is Damaged, it Fires the Plug at the Wrong Time During the Compression Stroke and the Engine can Not Run.
