Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): choke shaft, snag, model number

hi john,i have tecumseh engine and the model number is hs50 67074 4158b.i bought a new carb but it did not came with a choke or shaft or  lever.the old choke from the old carb is also damage,i tryed to order a new one they say ,it is obsolete.any ideas or other parts i can use for this carb?

Contact your Local Tecumseh Dealer. Usually they will have Old Carburetor Parts that can be Used to Replace Missing Parts from your Carburetor. Be Sure to Talk to the Service Department or a Mechanic. The Sales Department will Try to Sell you a New Mower and Most Often are No Help hen trying to Locate Used Parts. You can Also Try this Site Addy; http://jnem3.home.att.net/ and Contact the Web Sites Listed to Locate the Required Parts.
