Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): troybilt trimmer #tb90bc, troybilt, hoses

trimmer runs  with choke on when i  press the trigger it  revs up and kills  like it gets too much of something but lik i said it runs in choke fine  it has sat up a seasonand i did replace the hoses   help me  please

When a piece of equipment needs to have the choke on to make it run in Idle and then as you rev up it dies you have a fuel problem it is starved for fuel.You would have to clean the tank and rebuild the carb or clean it as there is debris in the fuel passages in the carb
