QUESTION: chain is loose - how do i tighten?

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Snow Thrower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. I Require the Toro 4, 5 or 6 Digit Model Numbers. The S-140 is the Series Numbers. Depending on the Model, there are Several Ways to Tighten the Chain. Happy Holidays. Thanks.

QUESTION: i have a toro s-140 snow blower and the chain is loose.  there are no obvious model numbers on the outside, but the engine cover had 1601 and 9603 stamped in the metal.
