Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): how to remove and reset timing, left hand thread, starter clutch

Greetings I am stuggling to access keyway to reset the timing of B&S 4horsepower Lawnmower. I am down to the pull start and am believing this to be left hand thread. Afraid of breaking cooling fins in order to stop turning of shaft. Thank you for your assistance..Cheers Fred

To Loosen the Flywheel Nut/Starter Clutch/Bell an Impact is Best. The Nut/Starter Clutch/Bell is Torqued to 150 Foot Pounds on Most Engines. The Nut/Starter Clutch/Bell  is Loosened by Turning the Nut Counter Clockwise. You can Loosen the Nut/Stater Clutch/Bell with Hand Tools, but I Require the Model Numbers to Give you the Best Tools and Options for the Removal.
