Lawn mower does not want to pull after it is started.  How do we fix it?

Answer
There should be a stick on the mower with the model and serial number.  Please send me the model number on the sticker so I can look up some information.
You can find your owner's manaul at this site, http://www.snapperinc.com/# but you will need the model number from the sticker to search for the manual.
Let me know the model number.
