Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawnmower, craftsman riding lawnmower, question pool

 Thank you for taking time out to listen to my question.  The blades on my craftsman riding lawnmower are not engaging when i pull the red button. The belt is good and tight. Can you give me some options.

Hello Patti:

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Most Times the Problem you Described is Caused by the PTO Ground. Follow the Wires from the PTO and Locate and Clean the Ground. If teh PTO Still Does Not Operate, then Check the Voltage from the Switch to the PTO. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
