QUESTION: I have a carborator that is leaking a small amount of gas and the prime bulb has started to not prime the engine

ANSWER: Please send the engine model, type and code number so I can look up the carburetor information.

Answer
You have a pulsa-prime carburetor.  There is a diaphragm and gasket in between the tank and carb.

I would recommend replacing your primer bulb, part number 694394.  You can remove the old primer by using a couple of screwdrivers to press in the primer bulb retaining tabs.  Use a deep well socket to install the new primer bulb and retainer ensuring the retainer tabs lock in place.
