Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Stuck Flywheel / Click on Start, crankshaft pulley, proper manuals

Question
When I turn the key on my riding tractor, all I get is a "click."  When I try to turn my flywheel by hand, I can't spin it anymore.  It worked fine a few days ago.  The battery, starter and solenoid have been replaced and the wires look good.  The black ground wire gets hot after a few times of trying to start it.  Any ideas???

Send me the Model and Type Numbers Off the Engine and the Model Numbers Off the Mower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist you. However, Remove the Belts from the Crankshaft Pulley? Does the Engine Turn Over Now? Thanks.
