Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 10 HP B&S Gasoline AC Welder, ac welder, flywheel

Can't get any fire.I replaced coil,plug & ck.key on shaft.Mod.# 2434-1-0520-0107109211

does the flywheel have any rust build up if so clean that off and if you put a new coil on I would check the area were the black wire goes from the coil to see by any chance  that is grounded out to keep it from getting spark let me know what that stuff looks like thanks
