Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 22hp vtwin b&s back firing, pop pop pop, ohv engines

I have a backfiring issue .My mower when turning over and running a non stop backfiring is happening.and then plugs get loaded up with carbon.It started while i was using the tractor ,just pop, pop,pop.

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Problem can be a Sticking Valve, the Valves Require Resetting (OHV engines), a Clogged Muffler or a Bad Plug. Thanks.
