I have cleaned out the carb. and it still won't start.  My battery bogs down after a few attempts.  What else do I need to check.  IT seems to have no spark to it, seems like it needs a spark to get it going.  I did change the spark plug also.  It was running great, then I turned it off and haven't been able to start it.

You may have a weak battery, check the volts on the battery it should show 12-13 volts. Now try to start it and then check the volts if it starts. should be between 14-15 volts. That means your charging system is working.If it just's turns slowly battery is probably bad.
